Over the past 10 years HealthSouth, now Select Physical Therapy has been bringing local athletic trainers a fall program to help get ready for the upcoming school year.

This year we are happy to welcome Elite Sports Medicine, the sports medicine division of Connecticut Children's Medical Center, as a partner for this program.
